While every effort will be made to ensure that your stay with us runs smoothly and to your satisfaction, occasionally and due to events beyond our control, we may be required to alter in part or whole, your reservation. We must stress at this time that by "beyond our control", we mean such exceptional circumstances such as fire or flood.
- The Plume of Feathers will make every effort to assist your needs in any reasonable way possible.
- In the unlikely event that we must change your booking in some way, we will contact you at the first available opportunity.
- We shall not be liable, jointly or individually, for any changes, cancellations, effect on your other arrangements, loss or damage suffered by you or your party.
- No compensation, expenses, costs or other sums of any description (including without limitation the cost of securing an alternative property/ accommodation) will be payable in any circumstances by ourselves.

Whilst every effort is made to ensure the accuracy the information provided, changes and errors occasionally occur. You may find small differences between the actual property and its description. We are always seeking to improve our property and the facilities, and occasionally problems can mean that some facilities may not be available.
- Regrettably, The Plume of Feathers accommodation is currently unsuitable for people with disabilities that require wheelchair access. If anyone in your party is disabled or has special needs, please advise us at the time of booking so we may advise you on the properties is suitablity.
